Spector Caldes & Corrigan, PC reminds eligible Flo App users that tomorrow, October 15, 2026, is the deadline to submit a claim for a payment from settlements totaling $59.5 million in Frasco v. Flo Health, Inc.
The lawsuit alleges that software code embedded in Flo’s Period and Ovulation Tracker App was used to record users’ confidential in-app health communications without their consent. Google, Flo Health, and Flurry agreed to pay $48 million, $8 million, and $3.5 million, respectively, to settle the claims. The settling defendants deny the allegations and any wrongdoing.
Individuals may be eligible for a payment if they used the Flo App in the United States between November 1, 2016, and February 28, 2019, and entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information during that time.
Eligible users who have not already submitted a claim must do so online or by mail no later than October 15, 2026. Payment amounts will depend on the number of valid claims submitted and whether the individual is a member of the California Subclass.
The Court will hold a hearing on October 29, 2026, to consider final approval of the settlements.
