KENNETH R. MANYIN is Of Counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in Antitrust Litigation.

Ken has been a member of litigation teams representing consumers and businesses in antitrust litigation such as: Gordon et al. v. Amadeus IT Group, et al., No. 1:15-cv-05457 (SDNY); In re Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litigation, No. 1:16-cv-08637 (ND Ill.) and In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Antitrust Litigation, MDL 2724 (EDPA).

Prior to concentrating in antitrust litigation, Ken had a wide range of litigation experience, involving corporate matters, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, criminal law, real estate and family law.

He has served as an arbitrator in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts, and as a Municipal Prosecutor in several municipalities.

He is admitted to practice and/or appeared in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ken is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the State University of New York at Albany.
