DIANA J. ZINSER is a partner and focuses her practice on consumer protection and data privacy litigation. She currently serves as co-lead counsel in Frasco et al. v. Flo Health, Inc. et al., No. 3:21-cv-00757 (N.D. Cal.), representing Flo Health app users whose intimate health data was improperly shared with third parties including Facebook and Google. Most recently, Diana secured a $1.125 million settlement Braun et al. v. The Philadelphia Inquirer, LLC, No. 2:22-cv-04185 (E.D. Pa.) for a class of online newspaper subscribers alleging the newspaper wrongfully captured and disclosed their personal data to Facebook. Diana also represents consumers impacted by data breaches in numerous cases, including Little et al. v. Gravy Analytics, Inc., No. 1:25-cv-00176 (E.D. Va.) (proposed Co-Lead Counsel) and Hasson et al. v. Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, No. 2:23-cv-05039 (E.D. Pa.) (Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee). Diana has also represented consumers and end payors in nationwide class actions against pharmaceutical companies to recover unlawful overcharges for prescription drugs, including In re Effexor XR Antitrust Litigation, No. 11-cv-05590 (D.N.J.), Vista Health Plan, Inc. v. Cephalon Inc., et al., No. 2:06-cv-01833 (E.D. Pa.); and In re Suboxone Antitrust Litigation, No. 2:13-md-02445 (E.D. Pa.).
Prior to joining SCC, Diana was an attorney with the law firm Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLC, where she was involved with litigation against numerous drug manufacturers for illegal marketing practices and attempts to keep generic competitors off the market. Diana earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law where she received a summer fellowship from the Peggy Browning Fund and worked as a legal intern for Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 19. She received her B.A. with honors from Saint Joseph’s University.
After a collegiate athletic career that included stints on both the SJU women’s rowing and rugby teams, Diana has continued her active lifestyle as an avid runner, completing numerous full- and half-marathons and other races. Diana also fulfilled a life-long dream when she appeared on Jeopardy in February 2015, where she came in second place. In her spare time, Diana volunteers as a Girl Scout troop leader and Little League softball coach and is a board member of the Devon Strafford Little League.
