Among the cases in which Mary Ann has participated include In re Delta Dental Antitrust Litigation, C.A. No. 1:19-cv-06734 (N.D. Ill.); In re Merck Mumps Vaccine Antitrust Litigation, C.A. No. 2:12-cv-03555 (E.D. Pa.); In re Google Inc. Street View Electronic Communications Litigation, C.A. No. 5:10-md-02184 (N.D. Cal.); and Vista Healthplan, Inc. v. Cephalon, Inc. et al., C.A. No. 2:06-cv-01833 (E.D. Pa.).
Prior to joining SCC in 2007, Mary Ann was an associate at the Philadelphia law firms of Weber Gallagher and Margolis Edelstein. Since 2005, Mary Ann has served as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
During law school, Mary Ann served as the Articles Editor for her school’s law review and interned for the Honorable James J. Fitzgerald of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Mary Ann was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2023, 2024 and 2025 and a Pennsylvania Rising Star in 2010 and 2013.
