Spector Caldes & Corrigan is pleased to welcome William E. Hoese as a partner. Bill brings more than 37 years of experience litigating antitrust, consumer, and other complex claims in courts across the country.
Bill has worked on major antitrust matters, including In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, In re Amino Acid Lysine Antitrust Litigation, In re Packaged Ice Antitrust Litigation, and In re Graphite Electrodes Antitrust Litigation. His experience with class actions and consumer claims complements SCC’s antitrust and consumer protection practice.
Earlier in his career, Bill served as an enforcement attorney and senior trial counsel in the Philadelphia Regional Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He later litigated numerous securities class actions in private practice, adding another dimension to his experience in complex litigation.
Bill is an honors graduate of the College of Wooster and graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Order of the Coif and was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2026.
