WILLIAM E. HOESE is a partner who focuses on class action litigation. An experienced attorney, Bill has spent the past thirty-seven and a half years litigating antitrust, securities, mass-tort, consumer, and other claims in courts throughout the country. Earlier in his career, he was an enforcement attorney and senior trial counsel with the Philadelphia Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
